I came across this company purely by chance and how lucky for me that I did I cannot fault the professionalism and fantastic experience with this company I rang early January and spoke with James about the horrible car crash I had experienced at new year losing my lovely jcw roadster written off I had for 7 years and he assured me he would look out for something for me and lost a couple as I didn’t reserve online but true to his he got me my dream car and rang me just as he had picked it up still sitting in the car I cried with happiness. This company is great trustworthy and can’t recommend enough and worth waiting for the right car and his cars are really great quality and a pleasure to deal with james listens and goes above and beyond to help his customers get their dream car grateful thanks

Upon looking for a car I found the one at UKI Sudbury. They were very informative about the vehicle and made me feel confident about the seller. I did find a few things wring upon inspection, however they said they were willing to correct these before the sale. I also had my own issues with finance, and as such James got immediately on it and I managed to eventually source finance to buy the car. Post purchase, a few problems occurred with the car after and they made sure that if the car was not corrected by the warranty that they would make sure it was all done.
I would definitely recommend UKI Sudbury to purchase a vehicle for there friendliness and comfort knowing your buying from someone who genuinely wants to look after his customers..

Fantastic service and experience
After visiting a Mini main dealer, and receiving extremely poor customer service, it was incredibly refreshing to speak with UKI Sudbury when we were looking to buy a Mini Electric. James and the team were honest, straightforward and super helpful in these challenging times. We organised a test drive of the mini locally, and then agreed a deal with UKI Sudbury, who then delivered the car over 300 miles on a flatbed trailer. The car arrived in perfect condition and the service from beginning to end was fantastic. Can't recommend highly enough!

Bought a little red mini roadster in July. Travelled from away to view and collect. Made contact via email. Prompt reply. Bought a lovely little car without any pressure for a good price. Lots of high spec interesting minis available , really pleasant purchasing experience. Well worth the 3 hour drive to collect. I was dubious about buying so far from home but based on this experience I recommend giving it a go.

We travelled 340 miles to get our amazing mini a brilliant experience with this long established family business specialising in performance mini , Boy did we get a beauty it was along ride back to Cornwall but made easier with our beautiful new four wheeled friend .
